SERVICE PORTER

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
Graham Automotive is seeking a full-time Service Porter to join our Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo team. This position is much more than moving vehicles. The Service Porter plays a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by supporting advisors, technicians, and customers throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping the service department operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
- Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely
- Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery
- Prepare customer, shuttle, and loaner vehicles
- Assist advisors with customer appointments and vehicle flow
- Support technicians by moving vehicles and maintaining shop organization
- Monitor and maintain customer waiting areas
- Maintain dealership grounds and parking areas
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance as needed
- Help ensure the service department maintains a professional appearance at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

- Automotive dealership experience
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Experience working around vehicles or equipment
