About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Denver clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, Denver clinic
Schedule: Full-time
Workdays: Monday–Friday
Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Session Requirements
Monday–Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30-minute sessions per day
Friday: Availability for 8 × 30-minute sessions
Clinic Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met
Compensation
$60,000 – $104,000 per year
**Sign on Bonus $10,000**
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Requirements
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
