Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sell Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance products to new and existing clients
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Build and maintain a strong book of business
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Cross-sell additional products to existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Follow up consistently on prospects and client needs
- Maintain accurate records and track activity in the agency CRM
- Stay current on products, coverage options, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a sales-focused role with closing responsibilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Active Connecticut Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred (not required)
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
