We're hiring Full-Time Instructors across the United States to deliver world-class training to professionals in the collision repair inter-industry. Job Summary: As a Full-Time Instructor, you'll deliver I-CAR training in hands-on, classroom, and virtual formats. You'll bring your technical expertise in collision repair to life—teaching topics such as structural repair, MIG brazing, welding, and dent removal. Your work ensures that technicians stay up to date with industry-leading techniques and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Requirements: This role requires hands-on welding instruction. Candidates must have experience in the collision repair process, including:
Experience performing these tasks in a professional setting is essential, as you will be teaching other industry professionals how to safely and accurately perform these procedures.
Travel Requirements: This role requires extensive travel, typically Monday through Friday with overnight stays. Instructors may travel to different regions based on training needs. I-CAR provides full travel reimbursement, including: mileage reimbursement, lodging and meals (per diem). Candidates must be comfortable with a travel-based schedule and adaptable to different training environments.
