About the Role:Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Full Time Home Health RN and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Clearwater, FL. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nurses who are committed to providing exceptional care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, ensuring high-quality service.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) system, Axxess, is a plus.
