We are seeking an energetic and driven Home Health Marketer to join our growing home healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, relationship-building, and helping families connect with quality care services.
This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be out in the community meeting with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, physician offices, case managers, and families throughout Northern Palm Beach, Florida and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physician offices, senior communities, and case managers.
- Generate new client referrals through sales, networking, and community outreach.
- Help coordinate care services for new and existing clients, while also assisting families through the onboarding process.
- Track sales activities and referral growth efforts.
- Help grow the company through outreach and relationship development.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales, marketing, business development, or outside sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable driving throughout Palm Beach County
- Sales, marketing, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Home healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
