BrightStar Care of Locust Grove & McDonough is a veteran-owned and family-operated home care agency experiencing rapid growth throughout Henry County and the surrounding communities. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the right hand to our Director of Nursing and play a key role in growing our clinical services.

This is not a traditional nursing position. We are looking for a nurse who enjoys both patient care and leadership and wants the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing healthcare organization.

As our Clinical Operations Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, support caregiver development, assist with clinical oversight, and help expand our skilled nursing, wound care, and infusion service lines.

"Salary Plus Visits" Compensation Model

• Guaranteed base salary: $50,000 annually
• Additional compensation: up to $90 per visit for infusion and wound care cases
• Opportunity to significantly increase earnings as skilled nursing volume grows
