Hartford HealthCare (HHC) , Connecticut’s most comprehensive, integrated health care system, is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established Diabetes and Endocrinology practice in Norwich, CT . This position blends the culture of a close-knit, ambulatory private practice with the clinical depth, resources, and stability of a rapidly growing health system.
Position Highlights
· Provide comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population with general endocrinology and diabetes needs.
· Team-based, patient-centered approach emphasizing diabetes wellness, prevention, and long-term management .
· Collaborate within advanced multi-specialty teams , including radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology.
· Advanced practice provider (APP) support to enhance workflow and work-life balance.
· On-site ultrasound and thyroid biopsy capabilities.

Qualifications
· Fellowship-trained Endocrinologist .
· Board-eligible or board-certified.
· Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut .
