Full Time Emergency Department RN – Near Indianapolis, IN

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity with one of our trusted healthcare partners near Indianapolis,IN. Position Overview
The Emergency Department RN will provide urgent and critical care to patients of all ages in a dynamic clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on severity of condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP preferred (must be completed within 12 months)
• ER / Emergency Department RN experience preferred
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients is a plus
