Marbridge Foundation

Marbridge is a non-profit residential community that offers transitional and lifetime care to adults with a wide range of cognitive abilities while providing them opportunities to learn and develop skills while experiencing life just like the rest of the Austin community. The 170-acre campus is located just 12 miles south of the state capitol in beautiful Austin, Texas, and includes three care centers, a multipurpose event and wellness center, an equestrian center and more.

Our care philosophy focuses on abilities, not disabilities, and we encourage residents to grow by providing opportunities to learn, experience and achieve the highest independence possible. Through compassion and faith, we provide individualized services that encompass medical, social and spiritual care. Our training and education program is offered on a semester basis and provides ample opportunities for life enrichment through employment, sports and leisure, arts and music, social activities, academic skill development and community integration.

One of our three care centers is our Villa Nursing Home which is a licensed 24-hour skilled nursing facility. In addition short-term rehabilitation services are provided at the The Bridges Rehabilitation Center, a new model of care in a home-like environment. Our serene, comfortable surroundings promote recovery from surgery, stroke or other medical conditions.
