Responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by leading a team at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promoting loyalty programs.
Creates a positive environment, trains and mentors associates, and addresses customer concerns promptly.
Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
