Starting from $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred
- Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen
- Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation

- Full-time position with steady hours
