The day to day functions of the Client Support Representative
As a Client Support Representative you will be the first point of initial contact with customers for inquires, questions or concerns
Engage with customers to promote and recommend best service solutions
Assist customers by troubleshooting service inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior Client Support team members
Ask questions and listen to customers in order to understand their service needs and concerns
Provide service solutions and participate in meetings to understand client support stats and insights
Assist in the process of tracking customer success by reporting on key performance indicators
Work along side fellow Client Support Representative in order to ensure a smooth customer service experience
What you have a Client Support Representative
A high school Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable using different computer software tools
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer accounts
