Full Time Client Support Representative - Comissions based!

The day to day functions of the Client Support Representative

• As a Client Support Representative you will be the first point of initial contact with customers for inquires, questions or concerns

• Engage with customers to promote and recommend best service solutions

• Assist customers by troubleshooting service inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior Client Support team members

• Ask questions and listen to customers in order to understand their service needs and concerns

• Provide service solutions and participate in meetings to understand client support stats and insights

• Assist in the process of tracking customer success by reporting on key performance indicators

• Work along side fellow Client Support Representative in order to ensure a smooth customer service experience

What you have a Client Support Representative 

• A high school Diploma or equivalent 

• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is preferred

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Comfortable using different computer software tools

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer accounts
