As a Full-Time Client Support Associate, you will be the cornerstone of our in-person service delivery for Frontier. The Full-Time Client Support Associate's mandate will include facilitating client interactions, providing product and service support for Fiber 500, 1 Gig, and 2 Gig internet plans, and upholding professional standards.

As a Full-Time Client Support Associate, you will facilitate onboarding, including serviceability verification, account setup, e-consent capture, self-install kit coordination, and activation support. In this Full-Time Client Support Associate role, you will serve as an advisor to customers on our suite of products and services, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Full-Time Client Support Associate

  • Engage directly with customers to identify their needs, listen to their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Translate product features, pricing tiers, and eligibility criteria into clear enrollment pathways for customers.
  • Coordinate account setup by validating documentation, confirming service availability, and managing activation timelines across service categories.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging customer preferences, service milestones, and follow-up actions to support retention and reporting.
  • Resolve billing and service inquiries through digital and phone-based platforms with precision and brand-aligned professionalism.
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify upsell opportunities and recommend tailored service enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications of the Full-Time Client Support Associate

  • High school diploma or GED; coursework in communications, business, or marketing is a plus! 
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred, but not required 
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to translate service features into clear enrollment pathways across internet, wireless, and bundled offerings.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital workflow tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, milestone tracking, and campaign visibility.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on connecting users to high-speed internet and bundled solutions that match their usage needs.
