The UPS Store – Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Lutz, FL (near Tampa Premium Outlets)
$15–$17/hr | Full-Time | Weekend availability required (including Sundays)
Join a busy, locally owned UPS Store where no two days look the same. If you like working with people, staying on your feet, and being part of a tight-knit team, this is a great place to build retail and customer-service experience. We provide hands-on training, promote from within, and offer a supportive environment where hard work gets noticed.
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist customers with packing, shipping, printing, and Amazon returns
- Recommend the right products and services and confidently upsell where it fits
- Explain current promotions and special offers
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Resolve customer questions and issues with a friendly, solutions-first approach
- Pitch in with teammates to keep things moving during busy periods
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable, recommending solutions to customers
- Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Available weekends, including Sundays, with a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual a plus
Schedule: Full-time, roughly [30–40] hours/week across a mix of opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability required.
