Your Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services and supporting the growth of both clients and team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs
- Providing caregiver training and ongoing support to families
- Supervising, training, and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Reviewing client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure quality outcomes
- Participating in program development and quality assurance initiatives
- Supporting a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-based ABA services
- At least 3 years of experience working in ABA field
