The Champion Therapy Center is dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow by offering compassionate, personalized mental health care. We seek a bilingual (Spanish-English) full-time therapist to join our team in person. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally competent services to our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to children, adults, couples, and families.
- Encourage clients to explore emotions, set goals, and work toward healing.
- Coordinate care that is timely, effective, and client-centered.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client.
- Collaborate with our in-house administrative and billing team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid Kentucky license (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, MFTA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a therapist.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (*can be provided upon hire*).
Compensation:
$30–$40 per billable hour as a contracted employee. A caseload is provided; your current clientele is welcome to receive services as well, as long as the correct communication is made with your current employer. A flexible schedule and administrative support are included.
