About Us:
Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada—and we only opened our first store in 2017. We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch!
What You'll Do:
Pay: $12.00–$14.00/hr total (including guaranteed tips & based on availability)
Schedule: Full-Time | Days, Evenings & Saturdays | Closed Sundays
• Prepare dough, bake cookies, and decorate desserts
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively during busy shifts
• Learn new recipes and processes weekly
• Support opening and/or closing shifts when scheduled
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- No previous bakery experience necessary
- If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a knack for customer service, and love cookies. Full-time and part-time positions are available and pay varies at each location. Crew members must be able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items.
