Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for supervising daily store operations, improving performance, managing schedules, and developing staff through training and feedback.
Position is full-time, averaging 38 hours/week, starting at $24/hour with a raise to $25/hour in year 2.
Key duties include assisting with operational plans, communicating expectations, monitoring inventory, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Must be able to perform physical tasks involving stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment. Requires 3+ years retail experience, leadership skills, and strong communication.
