The Store Support Lead role involves assisting the store leadership team and associates with administrative and operational functions to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and supply orders while maintaining clear communication and utilizing company tools.
- Maintain a safe, engaging environment by refreshing common areas and assisting with onboarding and training new associates.
- Execute operational tasks, monitor store execution, and manage technology devices like scanners and radios.
- Participate in cross-training across store departments and uphold company standards for safety, merchandising, and policies.
- Act with integrity, foster teamwork, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet individual and operational goals.
- Require strong communication skills, flexible availability, and the ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods.
Starting pay is $16.65 per hour, with responsibilities including supporting store functions, maintaining safety standards, and promoting a positive work environment.
