Architecture

• Microservices - Designed and implemented distributed systems
• System design - Scalability, performance, reliability

AI / ML Integration

• LangChain or LLM orchestration frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership

• Drive architectural decisions and technical roadmap
• Establish coding standards and best practices
• Lead design reviews and technical discussions
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews

Hands-On Development

• Implement complex features (frontend + backend)
• Optimize performance (APIs, queries, UI)
• Debug production issues
• Write clean, maintainable code

Collaboration

• Translate requirements into technical designs
• Work with product, data, and AI teams
• Communicate technical decisions to stakeholders

Salary Range $110,000-$125,000 Per year
