Job Summary (Full Stack/Software Engineer Wichita, KS)

- Partner with product owners, architects, and business users to gather feedback and define product roadmaps and system integration designs
- Document design, delivery risks, dependencies, and estimates for new features and integrations
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and security teams to ensure solutions align with best practices
- Work with Delivery Lead to break down, estimate, and allocate work across delivery teams
- Ensure teams follow SDLC processes and meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain high-volume, distributed applications using Serverless Framework, AWS services, and React
- Build services in event-driven and API-driven architectures for integration with other teams and third-party systems
- Collaborate with global development teams and contribute to developer tooling and initiatives
- Analyze and mitigate technical risks, and provide technical direction for supported applications
- Mentor and train engineers on development processes, practices, and patterns
- Communicate and influence across teams and leadership to balance technical and business priorities
- Automate tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and build/delivery pipelines
- Work with cloud-native solutions, particularly on AWS, and object-oriented programming languages
- Organize teams for optimized delivery and support of technical/business enhancements
- (Preferred) Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React.js, Angular.js), AWS cloud/serverless microservices, event-driven architecture, and Agile/DevOps methodologies
- (Preferred) Experience supporting Sales/Logistics domains and working with Oracle ERP or Transportation Management Systems
- (Preferred) Experience leading global teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
