Introduction
We are seeking talented individuals for two positions to join our team as Full Stack Python Developers. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI applications in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Proficiency in building AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents.
- Expertise in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Ability to integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into enterprise applications.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in fine-tuning, evaluating, and optimizing foundation models for business use cases.
- Knowledge of developing REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, function calling, AI workflows, and agent orchestration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists throughout the software lifecycle.
