Fullstack Developer – AI Automation

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our AI Automation team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance and streamline accounting-related business processes. You will play a key role in leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, along with experience building and integrating modern, cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy fullstack automation solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Architects to deliver high-impact solutions
• Analyze and deconstruct complex business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Build scalable applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), SQL, and microservices architecture
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles and deliver incremental value
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliability
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing practical insights and recommendations on automation strategies
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong fullstack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), and SQL
• Experience with API development/integration and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environments
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks (e.g., Application Insights, Serilog, unit testing tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, including GenAI, NLP, OCR, or Agentic AI
• Background in accounting technology or financial systems
• Experience working with SDKs and integrating new technologies based on documentation
