This is a first of its kind location for Bojangles, a full-service dining room and a made to order kitchen! We are looking for experience managing full-service kitchen concepts, high volume in a college atmosphere. If your flexible and ready to help shape the next Bojangles chapter we'd love to meet you. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. The Bar Manager will be responsible for maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere while managing staff and inventory effectively.
Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies. Oversees staff, including bartenders and in some cases, team members, and/or kitchen staff as well.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Maintains inventory • Develops menu and recipes • Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean • Can oversee planning for special events • Select and purchase liquor and bar supplies • Responsible for maintaining bar profit and margins • Oversees staff-bartenders, team members, servers

Requirements:
Experience managing a team, and leading others to achieve desired results.
Food safety knowledge and willingness to certify in this field
Control labor, food and cash according to procedures
Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
Complete daily inventories
Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
Understanding that your success depends on the success of others
