Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance

Lead, coach, and support team members to drive performance and engagement
Assign and prioritize daily work to meet operational deadlines, ensuring:
Customer shipments are completed on time
Field service parts are shipped accurately and on schedule
Returned parts are processed quickly to support invoicing and inventory accuracy
Shop job materials are delivered on time
Packaging meets company quality standards
Train and mentor team members on processes, systems, and best practices
Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues
Foster a team-oriented, customer-focused work environment
Represent Separators in alignment with the Separators Way
Fulfillment Operations
Oversee and actively participate in picking, packing, and shipping orders
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all shipments
Monitor workflows and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
Coordinate logistics for pickups, deliveries, and returns
Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Support after-hours or emergency shipments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Receiving & Inventory Management
Oversee receiving of materials from suppliers and field teams
Verify shipment accuracy and condition
Ensure proper storage, organization, and inventory control
Partner with purchasing to address low inventory or stock-outs
Lead and support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation efforts
Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Support
Troubleshoot fulfillment, inventory, and shipping issues
Report damaged, missing, or discrepant parts promptly
Collaborate with sales, field service, and purchasing to resolve issues and improve processes
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Utilize ERP, CRM, and related systems to manage operations
Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
5+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience
Leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance or equipment
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Manual dexterity for handling and packaging materials
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment
Visual ability to read labels, inventory data, and shipping documentation
