What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associates or bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred

What Youll Do as a Fulfillment Resolution Specialist:

  • Record, monitor, and communicate shipping variance and error report claims
  • Investigate claims by inspecting warehouse inventory, documenting findings, and identifying root causes
  • Process free-of-charge replacement orders in SAP and coordinate with call centers as needed
  • Handle returns and credits related to damaged goods, shortages, invoicing errors, and incorrect shipments
  • Expedite urgent customer requests and support timely order delivery
  • Respond to time-sensitive inquiries from dealers, sales representatives, and retail customers
  • Manage multiple case queues while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Support department operations through cross-training and assisting team members during peak periods
  • Adapt to evolving business processes and complete additional tasks as needed
