A day in the life

Morning trucks roll into our Carlsbad, CA facility. You’re ready at the dock, verifying counts, inspecting goods, and updating the inventory system so every item has a home. A quick team huddle sets priorities. You move seamlessly from organizing stock to picking and packing customer orders, double-checking labels and quantities to ensure accuracy. You navigate the floor safely with a pallet jack or forklift, keep aisles clear, and maintain a spotless, organized workspace. As orders flow in, you collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets, adjust to changing priorities, and stay focused on safety. When needed, you’re willing to put in extra time to help the team finish strong.

What you’ll do

• Receive, verify, and stage incoming materials with care and precision.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Partner with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow established safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and inventory systems.
• Self-starter who collaborates well with a team.
• Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work overtime as business needs arise.
