We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented professional to support our fulfillment operations and keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes pride in delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and ship customer and office orders with accuracy
- Manage returns, troubleshoot issues, and prevent repeat problems
- Monitor inventory and reorder publications and supplies
- Work with the UPS system and maintain shipping materials
- Order and manage office, training, and kitchen supplies
- Set up and maintain training/conference rooms
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events, including setup and cleanup
- Handle office repairs and vendor coordination
- Support daily kitchen and coffee service
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and move tables/chairs
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Customer service, fulfillment, shipping, or purchasing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to pick up supplies or catering as needed
