    Your mission

    Own the daily rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse, ensuring goods move accurately and safely from receipt to dispatch—while developing people, improving processes, and hitting targets.

    Impact you will drive

    • Team Leadership: Build schedules, train new and seasoned associates, and manage performance with clarity and fairness.
    • End-to-End Flow: Direct receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to meet service and quality standards.
    • Inventory Integrity: Maintain tight controls via cycle counts and audits; resolve discrepancies fast.
    • Safety First: Implement, communicate, and enforce safety policies to stay fully compliant.
    • Cross-Functional Sync: Partner with logistics, shipping, and receiving to optimize throughput.
    • Issue Resolution: Unblock constraints quickly; escalate risks and propose solutions.
    • Asset Readiness: Track facility and equipment status; coordinate timely maintenance.
    • Operational Visibility: Produce clear reports on activity, stock levels, KPIs, and workforce performance.
    • Team Culture: Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive work environment.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (required).
    • Hands-on warehouse operations experience; supervisory background preferred.
    • Leadership strengths in coaching, feedback, and team motivation.
    • Organized and analytical, with solid problem-solving chops.
    • Fluency in WMS tools and inventory control methodologies.
    • Ability to thrive amid shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Physical capability for warehouse work, including lifting and extended standing.
