Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports QVC, and our operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.
    • We'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed in leading your team.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
  • You will report to the Outbound Area Manager

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
  • Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
  • Foster collaboration and positive team culture
