Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Active Ohio Pharmacist License required.
Previous experience in retail pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment center pharmacy, or pharmacy operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of prescription verification, medication dispensing, and pharmacy regulations.
Experience working with pharmacy technology systems and workflow management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Micro Fulfillment Center, Central Fill, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy setting.
Experience supporting pharmacy workflow optimization and operational improvements.
Knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy quality assurance processes.
Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or training pharmacy staff.
