The Role:

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. Youll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

What Youll Do:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics

Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies

Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

What Youve Done:

No prior experience requiredjust a willingness to learn and work hard

Nice to Haves:

Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment

Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery

Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift

Willing to work overtime as needed
