Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Assistant to support daily fulfillment operations. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities, including order processing, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and print shipping labels using online platforms (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation)
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, protected, and delivered on time
  • Maintain organized inventory of products and shipping supplies
  • Update order tracking and shipping statuses in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues or special requests
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general organization of the workspace
  • Perform light cleaning and maintain an orderly fulfillment area

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping support
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology and shipping software platforms
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must have dependable transportation

Pay Range: Hourly $20.00 to $24.00
