    GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group (CRG) is committed to providing the most comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and fixed-wing aircraft markets. We are seeking an experienced Fuel Technician to join our award-winning team with a focus on the maintenance of aviation maintenance, fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manual instructions(C.M.M.). This position is based in Miami, Florida.

    Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • To accomplish fuel component testing, repairs, overhauls, and/or alterations in accordance with parts 43 and 145 in the Code of Federal Regulations, with particular emphasis on fuel-controlled actuation, pumps, valves, controls, HMU's, etc.
    • Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
    • Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
    • Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
    • Inspects components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • A&P certified preferable, and capable of performing full maintenance IAW all OEM technical data.
    • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft suite)
    • Technical or trade school certifications
    • Aviation MRO Software-Quantum Control
