Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, experienced in-person clinician to support individuals receiving substance use disorder (SUD) treatment in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in addiction medicine, comfortable working autonomously in a telehealth environment, and committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care.

You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide medication management, clinical oversight, and patient-centered care to individuals seeking recovery. Your work will directly support individuals during some of the most critical moments in their lives.

Schedule:

·       Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week

·       Alternating weekend schedule required

·       Call coverage aligned with scheduled workdays


Key Responsibilities
:
•     Provide evaluations and follow-up care for patients receiving substance use disorder treatment. 

·       Prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate, including MAT when indicated

·       Support continuity of care through collaboration with clinical and operational teams

·       Participate in call coverage during scheduled workdays

·       Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

·       Follow all federal and state regulatory requirements related to prescribing and telehealth services

·       Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and long-term success

Qualifications:
•    Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant from an accredited

      program.
•   Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health

·       Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

·       Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license

·       Active Colorado DEA license

·       Active RXN registration

·       Active Colorado Medicaid provider number

·       Minimum 1 year of addiction treatment experience preferred

·       Experience in treating Substance Use Disorders, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT)

·       Ability to provide telehealth services in compliance with Colorado regulations

·       Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

·       Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and medical staff
