This role supports store operations by managing the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Lead and motivate associates, ensuring department cleanliness, safety, food quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize store tools such as financial reports and inventory systems to monitor performance and control expenses.
- Manage inventory, reduce shrink, and ensure proper ordering and presentation of products.
- Maintain safety standards, enforce policies, and ensure a professional appearance and conduct.
- Complete required training and perform additional duties as assigned to support store success.
