- Control expenses, oversee inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulations.
- Use company tools for scheduling, reports, and inventory management.
- Ensure proper display, ordering, and sanitation of merchandise, and maintain department appearance.
- Monitor shrink, assist with inventory, and utilize sales promotion materials effectively.
- Lead safety procedures, record incidents, and provide recognition or counseling as needed.
- Complete required training and perform additional duties to support store success.
