Job Summary
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement • Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve company goals
Requirements
• 2+ years of retail management experience • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
