Responsibilities include managing the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising staff, controlling expenses, ensuring food safety, and maintaining department appearance and safety standards.
Key duties involve coaching associates, scheduling, inventory management, and utilizing company tools for reporting and ordering. The position requires excellent customer service, adherence to regulations, and physical ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.
Qualifications include leadership skills, store operations knowledge, effective communication, and food safety certification. The role demands physical stamina, proper dress, and the ability to handle working in extreme temperatures. All other duties as assigned.
