This role supports store operations by managing the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist in achieving sales and financial goals through effective labor management and cost control.
- Lead and motivate team members, promote a positive store culture, and maintain strong communication with management and staff.
- Ensure department cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with regulations, while overseeing inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilize company tools for reporting and scheduling, and monitor store expenses.
- Maintain safety standards, record incidents, and ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and training requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall store success.
