Shift/Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and execute Sensory Program for finished goods.
  • Support viscosity measurement reviews, sensory evaluation scheduling, recording, and tracking for non-conforming products
  • Coordinate storage, organization and shipment of finished product samples
  • Manage customer sample ship out for state released finished good product and all other sample requests required for release criteria.
  • Oversee the shipment of wine samples to third party labs.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations by assisting with sample collection, investigation support, and result reporting
  • Pull and maintain pallet inventory spreadsheets with relation to quality events, such as micro/pH deviations in addition to all other quality defects
  • Perform physical and systematic pallet verifications upon warehouse/FSQ request
  • Assist in Equipment Calibration PM scheduling, equipment ship out, rental equipment installation and record keeping.
  • Assist in FSQ proficiency testing schedule monitoring, test set up, and result reporting.
  • Assist with Product Quality Evaluation (PQE) report pulling and electronic filing.
  • Assist in 3rd party sample pick up communication, scheduling request, and electronic sample request form provision
  • Product method standardization and verification. Entails assisting with product test method development and verification
  • Manage CoA library samples for finished goods product testing. Includes sample collecting, shipping, and test order request.
  • Manage PI Teardown Retain Upkeep. Includes weekly follow ups with positive release to clear retains
  • Develop and validate testing methods for raw and finished products.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset, identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing / Beverage & Ingredients field preferred
  • Experience with excel and Microsoft needed
  • Basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and the ability to follow laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Experienced using electronic devices and programs, Computer, Tablets, productivity software, ERP systems, etc
