Frozen Yogurt Store Manager

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

• Open/Close/Manage store operations.
  
• Clean and Maintain Machines .
  
• Hire, Lead and supervise store staff during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence
  
• Manage daily store activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions
  
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential
  
• Conduct employee scheduling, orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
  
• Coordinate purchasing decisions, budgeting, and payroll processing in collaboration with management
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration and maintain organizational efficiency
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with supervising experience in a retail setting
  
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
  
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
  
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or wireless sales is a plus but not required
  
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
  
• Effective communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency and customer service focus
