We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Open/Close/Manage store operations.
- Clean and Maintain Machines .
- Hire, Lead and supervise store staff during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Manage daily store activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential
- Conduct employee scheduling, orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Coordinate purchasing decisions, budgeting, and payroll processing in collaboration with management
- Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration and maintain organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with supervising experience in a retail setting
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or wireless sales is a plus but not required
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Effective communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency and customer service focus
