The Frozen Food Clerk is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization in the frozen food department.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
- Stock, organize, and replenish frozen food items, creating attractive displays.
- Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product rotation using FIFO methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards through regular cleaning and sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals.
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate physical stamina for lifting and standing.
