Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Frontend Developer with a passion for AI applications to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies and contribute to innovative projects while growing your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using Next.js framework in a monolithic repository.
• Build intuitive user interfaces with Shadcn UI components and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement and optimize data fetching strategies using tRPC and TanStack Query.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and applications into our product suite.
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions to support application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project managers to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices through GitHub workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications on Vercel hosting platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Meet project milestones and deliverables within established timelines.
• Attend team meetings and provide thoughtful solutions and alternatives to technical challenges.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as project needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Next.js and modern React development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with tRPC for type-safe API development.
• Practical knowledge of TanStack Query (React Query) for state management.
• Familiarity with Drizzle ORM or similar ORMs.
• Experience working with MSSQL and/or MySQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Experience with Vercel or similar deployment platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience building or integrating AI features into web applications.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Azure Functions development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall development environments.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio of projects demonstrating technical capabilities.
