As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in creating a welcoming experience for every athlete and family who walks through our doors. From overseeing front desk operations and supporting staff to assisting families and ensuring smooth daily processes, you'll help set the tone for an exceptional customer experience.

 

Pay: $25 - $27/hour based on experience

Position Type: Full time

Position Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12-8pm and Friday 9-5pm

 

Your Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will help create a warm, friendly, and professional environment for our students and their families. You are often the first person families see when they arrive, and your enthusiasm and smile will encourage them to return.

 

You will support customers in person, by phone, and via email, assist with class enrollments and schedule changes, and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly. No prior gymnastics experience is needed—we’ll teach you everything during paid training. This position will require some sales skills as well. You will work together with our team to reach enrollment and program goals daily.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Leading and supporting front office staff through coaching, training, and daily oversight
  • Greeting families, answering questions, and providing exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assisting with class registrations, enrollments, account management, and program information
  • Managing attendance, check-ins, and front desk systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally and positively
  • Supporting communication between families, coaches, and leadership staff
  • Assisting with facility opening and closing procedures as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front office environment
  • Monitoring and enforcing facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Supporting special events, camps, competitions, and other gym programs as needed
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, scheduling, and other operational duties
  • Providing occasional support within gym programs when needed

Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with children and families
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing scheduling, registration, and office software
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail management, or leadership roles preferred
  • Experience working in youth programs, sports facilities, or gymnastics environments is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience
  • Experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, or dance is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in sales is a plus but not required

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 30 pounds
Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr. Pay and Perks:
