Responsibilities:- Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
- Train, coach, and motivate front office team members to meet performance standards
- Monitor room inventory, reservations, and occupancy to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare shift reports, manage cash handling, and ensure front desk compliance with hotel policies
Requirements:- 1–3 years of hotel front desk or front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fosse, or similar
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a high-volume, guest-facing environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certification a plus
