Front Office Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team and help create an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

In this role, you are the first and lasting impression for patients, helping ensure every visit is smooth, welcoming, and efficient.
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage balances
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Communicate clearly about wait times and billing
- Keep the front office organized and patient-focused
- 1+ year of front office or patient registration experience (healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
