We are looking for our next ROCK START front office receptionist for our Denton location. We help people of all ages to overcome pain and physical challenges through our personalized approach and treatments.
This position is for someone with a true passion for helping people and a career goal in mind. If you like to take the lead and are mature, decisive, and can multitask we would like to meet you!
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in medical office work flow.
- Understanding of insurance and/or billing.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Personable and engaging on the phone and in-person.
- Customer service oriented while creating a memorable experience.
- Time management.
- A drive to meet or exceed goals.
