Daily Tasks

  • Manage daily front office operations of the therapy practices
  • Supervise and support clinical staff schedules
  • Oversee and assist scheduling team, client intake team and authorization team
  • Verify benefits of new clients
  • Work with administrative team leads for local marketing outreach to strengthen the referral base.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with IT team regarding IT issues of the practices
  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure efficient and smooth procedures for billing, authorizations, and customer care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or management
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy services and best practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

Additional Skills

  • Experience with electronic medical records systems and Salesforce
  • Understanding of insurance billing and reimbursement processes
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for working with children and families
